Cosmidou, Chr. (2005), "EVALUATION OF EDUCATIONAL EXECUTIVES". The text was prepared as a study for the P.I. The importance of this evaluation was supported by Kosmidou-Hardy in the Training / Evaluation Department of the Pedagogical Institute, emphasizing the fact that one is not legitimized to discuss the introduction of evaluation in the field of education without approaching the issue as a whole and dealing only with the evaluation of the teacher and the school unit. She proposed a study on this subject and her proposal was approved. He undertook the writing of a study for this purpose. The study was co-ordinated by a team of caretakers and seconded teachers, which it coordinated.

Summary of a proposal to the European Parliament following an invitation from Kosmidou-Hardy as Expert from the European Parliament 's Committee on Women' s Rights and Gender Equality. The presentation was presented with rich material (video presentation) at International Conference organized by the Commission on "Continuing the Lisbon Strategy: Reconciling Work, Family and Privacy". The Conference took place on Brussels, 25-01-2006 in the AIG-E room of the Altiero Spinelli building.
